Lea Michele was born August 29, 1986, in the Bronx, New York. He is a singer & actress best known for her role as Rachel Berry on the hit show Glee. Lea began acting on Broadway when he was nine, in a production of Les Miserables; after that, he starred in a variety of other productions. He originated the role of Wendla in the popular Broadway show Spring Awakening.
